The controller processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation and other legislation. The administrator also monitors the designated premises of the facility with recording via a camera system, which is automatically deleted after 14 days. These records may be used to protect the employer’s assets from the unlawful conduct of employees and third parties, as well as to protect the assets and health of employees and third parties.
